This building dates right back to the 16th Century. It is over three floors, and arranged around the stairwell. The entrance to the building is emphasized by a door with half-point arc. Inside the building the hallway is a large area consisting of large bays interconnected by pointed arches.

This building is located in Calle Labradores street, which dates back to the 16th century. When inside visitors are able to tour the premises of the Municipal Archive and view the documental remains. Unfortunately a number of documents prior to the 17th century were destroyed in a fire which was caused when it was bombarded by the Frnch Navt in 1691.

• Rulings and Arbitration Awards since 1723
• Citizen Registration for general and tax purposes since 1711
• Town Planning and Works Records from the 17th Century
• Population Registers since 1842
• Local Treasury and Leases since the 16th Century
• Custom and Excise Wine Register since 1711
• Festivities since 1800

There are also newspaper and magazine records. There is also a well respected collection of books on Alicantean themes.
