You can travel from Alicante City to Venta Lanuza by TRAM. This should really be called the Costa Blanca beaches train because it runs alongside and stops at some truly beautiful and sometimes out of the way beaches.

The stops on Line 3 are as follows

Timetable

The service starts at 5.52 and the last train is at 22.52. They leave approx every 30 minutes but they don't always continue to Venta Lanuza. Sometimes they stop at El Campello. It takes about 45 minutes to get from Mercado to Venta Lanuza and 35 minutes to get from Mercado to El Campello.

Line 3 is great for getting to beaches - Playa de la Albufereta (La Isleta TRAM stop) or the El Campello beach, Paradis and Vila Joiosa You can also access Lucentum museum from the Lucentum stop.
